Victoria Quality Homes is the brainchild of three distinguished Brazilian engineers: Edson Pagotto, Rodrigo Almeida, and Flávia Almeida.

Edson Pagotto, a U.S. citizen, successfully runs a company specializing in the printer remarket. Alongside this venture, he also has business interests in Brazil related to real estate developments. Rodrigo Almeida brings over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering realm. He has presided over prominent organizations in Brazil such as the Association of Real Estate Market Companies (ADEMI). Additionally, as the President of Morar Construtora, he has overseen the development of more than 10,000 apartment units and multifamily homes. Flávia Almeida, an accomplished engineer, transitioned her talents to education and has served as a university professor in Brazil for several years.
